At Dreamzhub, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Dreamzhub account, navigate to your order history, and select the item you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the item in its original packaging with all tags attached and include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation email.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
